MW01 is a specific inhibitor for DNA damage-induced NF-κB activity, inhibits CLK2 and CLK4 with IC50 of 360 and 14.1 nM, does not inhibit CLK3.
MW01 selectively inhibits etoposide-induced p65 nuclear translocation with IC50 of 460 nM, without affecting p65 translocation upon TNFα stimulation.
MW01 potentiates cell killing effects of chemotherapeutic agents, reduces cell viability and increases p53-mediated apoptosis in U2-OS cells.
