	Mtb CoaBC inhibitor 1f inhibit CoaBC uncompetitively with respect to 4'-phosphopantothenate, the substrate for the CoaB-catalyzed reaction.
	Mtb CoaBC inhibitor 1f inhibits Mtb growth in whole-cell activity against Mtb H37Rv (MIC=25.9 uM).
