NBD-14107 (NBD14107) potent HIV-1 entry inhibitor that blocks the gp120-CD4 interaction.
NBD-14107 exhibits antiviral activity against a large panel of HIV-1 Env-pseudotyped viruses representing diverse subtypes of clinical isolates with mean EC50 of 0.49 uM.
NBD-14107 also inhibits HIV-1 RT with IC50 of 8.4 uM.
NBD-14107 exhibits improving the potency, toxicity, and ADMET profile compared with NBD-14010.
