NDT-19795 is the carboxylic acid metabolite of selective NLRP3 inhibitor NT-0796, suppresses release of IL-1β in LPS-activated human PBMCs with IC50 of 47 nM.
NDT-19795 inhibits speck formation concentration-dependently with IC50 of 0.46 uM.
NDT-19795 inhibits IL-1β output from human PBMCs stimulated with LPS and ATP.
NDT-19795 also inhibits IL-18 output from LPS/ATP-treated PBMCs with IC50 of 57 nM.
