NUDT5/NUDT14 inhibitor 9 exhibits NUDT5 and NUDT14 cell target engagement with EC50 of 1.08 uM in NUDT5 NanoBRET TE assay.
NUDT5/NUDT14 inhibitor 9 also enabled resolution of the first NUDT14 cocrystal structure, revealing insights into the so-far unresolved N-terminal domain of NUDT14.
