NVP-ADW742 has >16-fold more potent inhibitory effect against IGF-1R than InsR.
NVP-ADW742 has no activity for HER2, PDGFR, VEGFR-2, Bcr-Abl p210, and c-Kit.
NVP-ADW742 has in vitro activity against diverse tumor cell types (particularly multiple myeloma) and significant antitumor activity in an orthotopic xenograft MM model.
