    NYX-1492 (PCSK-287) is a small molecule PCSK9 inhibitor, blocks PCSK9 binding with the LDLR, attenuates inflammation in vascular cells and tissue-engineered blood vessels (TEBVs).
    NYX-1492 reduces monocyte adhesion in P+ TEBVs with evidence of lowering secretion of VCAM-1 and TNF-α.
