OT-7999 displays >16,000-fold selective for human A3 versus rat A3 receptors.
OT-7999 is high selective for human A3 versus hA1, hA2A, and A2B receptors (>16,000-fold).
OT-7999 significantly decreased intraocular pressure in a monkey model of intraocular pressure by eye-drop administration.
