PARP14 inhibitor Q22 is a highly potent, selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 14 (PARP14) inhibitor with IC50 of 5.52 nM.
Q22 enhances and stabilize PARP14 levels in CFPAC-1 cells under IFN-γ stimulation in CFPAC-1 cells with EC50 of 11.4 nM.
Q22 showes significant therapeutic efficacy in a dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced AD mouse model by markedly reducing the expression of key AD-associated inflammatory cytokines, including IL-4, IL-13, and IL-17A.
