RS-35d (RAD51-BRCA2 inhibitor 35d) is a small molecule inhibitor of BRCA2-RAD51 with EC50 of 19 uM in ELISA assays, binds to RAD51 with Kd of 11 uM, disrupts the RAD51-BRCA2 protein-protein interaction, thus mimicking the effect of BRCA2 mutation.
