RS-102895 (Abaucin, RS102895) is a potent and specific CCR2 antagonist with binding IC50 of 360 nM, also is a narrow-spectrum activity against A. baumannii.
RS-102895 shows no significant affinity on CXCR1, CCR1, or CCR3 (IC50>17 uM).
RS-102895 inhibits MCP-1-stimulated calcium influx into CCR2-CHL cells with IC50 of 32 nM.
RS-102895 significantly attenuates HG-induced ECM protein expression and TGF-beta1 levels in mouse mesangial cells (MCs).
RS-102895 (Abaucin, RS102895) is an antibacterial compound with narrow-spectrum activity against A. baumannii, perturbs lipoprotein trafficking through a mechanism involving LolE.
