Ribociclib (LEE-011, LEE011) is a potent, highly selective, orally bioavailable CDK4/6 inhibitor with IC50 of 10/39 nM, respectively.
Ribociclib suppresses neuroblastoma growth in vitro with IC50 of 306 nM against 12 of the 17 neuroblastoma cell lines.
Ribociclib causes cell-cycle arrest and cellular senescence and dose-dependently decreases in phosphorylated RB and FOXM1, respectively.
Ribociclib (200 mg/kg ) causes tumor growth delay in vivo in neuroblastoma cell-line derived xenografts.
