Biological Activity

A potent, selective positive allosteric modulator (potentiator) of rat mGlu1R with pEC50 of 6.76 for the potentiation of 3 uM glutamate-induced Ca2+ int currents; has no activity for mGluR5 at 1 uM and Adrenergic α1, α2, β1, β2 and GABAA at 10 uM; has no effect on the glutamate-induced currents in human mGlu1a receptor-expressing cells.
