SCoV2 Plpro-Probe-7 is a peptidomimetic activity probe and substrate for SCoV2 PLpro, exhibits excellent sensitivity to wild-type (WT) SCoV2 PLpro, but not to the catalytically inactive mutant, SCoV2 PLproC112S, consists of a fluorogenic HCC conjugated to PLpro's N terminus, and DABCYL to its C-terminal lysine.
