SIK3 inhibitor 39 is a potent, selective salt-inducible kinase 3 (SIK3) inhibitor with IC50 of 15 nM, shows 8-fold and 13-fold selectivity over SIK1 and SIK2 respectively.
SIK3 inhibitor 39 displays moderate selectivity for SIK3 over the other isoforms.
SIK3 inhibitor 39 possesses excellent kinase selectivity with S-score (50) of 0.043 across a general panel of 140 kinases.
SIK3 inhibitor 39 induced cytotoxicity in MV4-11 cells (GI50 = 1.2 μM).
