SLM6071469 shows improved potency and selectivity compared with SLM6031434.
SLM6071469 inhibited SphK2 in vitro using recombinant protein and in yeast, SLM6071469 (10 mg/kg, i.p.) increased blood S1P levels in C57BL/6 mice.
