    Biological Activity

    SNH-119014 is a novel allosteric Pyruvate kinase (PK) activator with AC50 of 28.9 nM for recombinant human PKLR, Emax of 949.9%.
    SNH-119014 increases the activity of PKLR and ATP levels in Red Blood Cell (RBC) to an extent comparable to AG-348.
    SNH-119014 increased ATP levels, reduced ROS, and improved the GSH/GSSG ratio in erythroid precursors.
