Biological Activity

SR-29065 (SR29065) is a selective REV-ERBα agonist with EC50 of 110 nM in TR-FRET assays.
SR-29065 has EC50 of 0.5 uM using a GAL-4-Mammalian 2 hybrid cotransfection assay.
SR-29065 shows no promiscuity at the other targets, including REV-ERBβ, in a panel of all 48 human nuclear receptors in a luciferase GAL-4 format.
SR-29065 is efficacious in delaying the onset and severity of EAE in a dose-dependent manner.
