Biological Activity

K134 is a specific STAT3 coiled-coil domain (CCD) inhibitor with binding Kd of 4.68 uM, attenuates LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) inflammation by targeting STAT3 phosphorylation.
K134 inhibits activation and subsequent STAT3 phosphorylation in LPS-treated macrophages.
K134 (30 mg/kg) alleviated LPS-induced lung injury and blocked STAT3 phosphorylation in lung.
K134 decreased iNOS, pro-inflammatory cytokines, inflammatory cell infiltration and NO production of LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI).
