Biological Activity

SYSUP007 is a derivative of the FTO inhibitor rhein, and HDAC and SGK1 inhibitor, inhibits the proliferation of human GBM cells.
SYSUP007 inhibits the survival of all three cell lines in a dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 5.5 μM, 8 μM and 7 μM, in T98G, U87, U251 cells, respectively.
SYSUP007 inhibits the migration of human GBM cells.
SYSUP007 inhibited the activity of HDAC and SGK1 in U251 cells.
SYSUP007 potentiates TMZ efficacy by targeting the FTO/m6A/SOX9 axis.
