Thiazovivin is a small molecule inhibitor of ROCK, dramatically improves (200-fold) the efficiency of iPSC generation from human fibroblasts; dramatically improves the survival of hESCs upon trypsinization, addition of Thiazovivin to cocktail of SB431542 and PD0325901 also vastly improves the survival of iPSCs after splitting by trypsinization; induces porcine embryonic fibroblasts into adipocytes.
