UAWJ172 inhibits plaque formation of EV-D68 US/MO/14-18947 with EC50 of 25 nM.
UAWJ172 exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against EV-D68, EV-A71, and CVB3.
UAWJ172 inhibits different strains of EV-D68, EV-A71 and CVB3 with EC50 values in the nanomolar range and a cellular selectivity index of over 500.
UAWJ172 inhibits viral replication in a dose-response manner in neuronal cell line SH-SY5Y with IC50 of 0.03 uM.
UAWJ172 inhibits EV-D68 US/MO/14-18947 virus with an EC50 value of 0.07 ± 0.02 μM in CPE assay.
