Biological Activity

Vixarelimab (KPL-716) is a fully-human monoclonal antibody that targets oncostatin M receptor beta (OSMRβ), which mediates signaling of interleukin-31 (IL-31) and oncostatin M (OSM), two key cytokines implicated in pruritus, inflammation and fibrosis.
Vixarelimab (KPL-716) significantly attenuated MCP-1 response to OSM and OSM + IL-4 in human epidermal keratinocytes and human dermal fibroblasts, but not anti-IL-31Rα.

Isotype: IgG4-G1-lambda2.
