Vopratelimab (JTX-2011) is an agonist monoclonal antibody that binds to and activates ICOS, the Inducible T cell CO-Stimulator, a protein on the surface of certain T cells commonly found in many solid tumors.
Vopratelimab (JTX-2011) requires initial T cell priming and Fc cross-linking for optimal T cell activation and anti-tumor immunity.
