YHJ1039 is a broad-spectrum kinase inhibitor, possesses excellent potencies against FLT3 mutants (FLT3 D835Y, IC50=0.41 nM) as well as FAK (IC50=7 nM).
YHJ1039 remarkably suppresses the proliferation of human cancer cell lines, including HCT-116, MDA-MD-231, and MV4-11.
YHJ1039 not only induces apoptosis but also effectively prevents cancer cell invasion by FAK inhibition.
YHJ1039 inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in MDA-MB-231 xenograft and an orthotopic mouse model.
YHJ1039 potently reduces phosphorylation of FLT3, STAT5, and ERK in Ba/F3 harboring the FLT3 mutant (ITD, D835Y, and ITD/D835Y, respectively) and tumor growth in an MV4–11 inoculated xenograft mouse model.
