Biological Activity
ZD-1-186 is a nondegradative molecular glue that downregulates MYC expression, brings together BCL6 with BRD9, a noncanonical BAF complex bromodomain protein implicated in maintaining MYC transcriptional output.
ZD-1-186 potently suppresses MYC and induces CDKN1A in a dose-dependent and electrophile-dependent manner.
ZD-1-186 binds BCL6 and covalently engages BRD9.
ZD-1-186 potently suppresses MYC and robustly induces CDKN1A (p21) in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells.
