Biological Activity

ZK-14i (Skp2 inhibitor 14i) is a potent inhibitor of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2) with IC50 of 2.8 uM against the Skp2-Cks1 interaction.
ZK-14i has cell growth IC50 of 4.8 and 7.0 μM against PC-3 and MGC-803 cells, respectively.
ZK-14i exhibits effectively anticancer effects on PC-3 and MGC-803 xenograft mice models without obvious toxicity.
