Biological Activity
ZY341 is a potent small molecule PERK agonist with SPR Kd value of 17.5 uM, exhibits robust activity in effectively mitigating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
ZY341 activates the PERK/eIF2α pathway and alleviates cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
ZY341 (10 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg i.p.) protects the heart from reperfusion injury in vivo, represses the expression of c-caspase3 and c-caspase3/total caspase3 in a dose manner.
ZY341 protects the structural homeostasis of mitochondria.
ZY341 alleviates the excessive production of MAM induced by hypoxia reperfusion.
ZY341 (30 mg/kg, i,p.) significantly reduced the expression level of PTPIP51 in mouse cardiac tissue, inhibited the upregulation of PTPIP51 in the OGD/R model, inhibited the abnormal generation of MAMs.
ZY341 promotes the accumulation of mitochondrial PA, which improves the mitochondrial structure and function.
