mTOR inhibitor CD25 is a non-covalent mTOR inhibitor, suppresses NLRP3-GSDMD inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis and inflammation.
CD25 dose-dependently suppresses the secretion of IL-1β, a key indicator of NLRP3 inflammasome activation, in both THP-1 and J774A.1 cells following LPS/nigericin stimulation.
CD25 attenuates IL-1β secretion triggered by diverse other canonical NLRP3 activators, including ATP, MSU, and Alum.
CD25 inhibits the priming process of NLRP3 inflammasome activation.
CD25 inhibits ASC oligomerization and speck formation in both THP-1-derived macrophages and J774A.1 cells.
CD25 preserves mitochondrial function in THP-1 cells, alleviates mitochondrial dysfunction to inhibit pyroptosis.
CD25 blocks pyroptosis by targeting the mTOR signaling pathway.
CD25 alleviates LPS-induced sepsis and APAP-induced liver injury in mice.
