(R)-SKBG-1 promoted NONO accumulation in nuclear foci and stabilized NONO-RNA interactions.
Reintroduction of wild-type NONO, but not a C145S mutant, restored (R)-SKBG-1 sensitivity in NONO-disrupted cells.
