ARN19702 (ARN-19702) is potent, selective, non-covalent inhibitor of N-Acylethanolamine acid amidase (NAAA) with IC50 of 42 nM (h-NAAA). ARN19702 showed a very high selectivity toward both human FAAH and human acid ceramidase (AC), both IC50>30 uM.
ARN1970 binds to human NAAA in a non-covalent manner.
ARN1970 shows a good efficacy and biochemical profile, and preliminary in vitro ADME properties.
