AURKB PROTAC MS44 is a potent, selective, first-in-class Aurora B kinase (AURKB) PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 103 nM in HPAF-11 cells, Dmax of 89%.
MS44 induces AURKB degradation by hijacking the UPS.
MS44 selectively degrades AURKB over AURKA and AURKC.
MS44 effectively degrades AURKB and inhibits the proliferation in multiple cancer cell lines, induce G2/M arrest.
