AVJ16 is 14 times more effective than 7773 (Cat#PC-20553).
AVJ16 interacts with IGF2BP1 KH34 di-domain.
AVJ16 (1.5 uM, 48 h) downregulates Kras and other IGF2BP1 target RNAs, Kras RNA and protein in H1299 cells.
AVJ16 inhibits tumorigenic properties of cancer cells in IGF2BP1-dependent manner, does not affect cell growth in LKR-M-GFP cells that do not express IGF2BP1.
