CC-410 (CC410) is a potent, specific inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) with IC50 of 1.6 uM (human NNMT).
CC-410 slightly inhibits PRMT3, SET1b Complex and SMYD2 with IC50 of 104, 120 and 34.25 uM respectively.
CC-410 (25 uM) impairs terminal adipocyte differentiation by blocking the GC signaling cascade in post confluent 3T3-L1 cells.
