CELF1-IN-27 is a selective CUGBP Elav-like family member 1 (CELF1) inhibitor that disrupted CELF1-RNA binding with IC50 of 23 uM, targets RRM1/2 of CELF1.
CELF1-IN-27 promotes IFN-γ secretion and suppresses TGF-β1-induced hepatic stellate cell (HSC) activation by inhibiting CELF1-mediated IFN-γ mRNA decay, the upregulated antifibrogenic IFN-γ inhibits HSC activation.
CELF1-IN-2 7attenuates CCl4-induced murine liver fibrosis in vivo.
