    Biological Activity

    CG3-46 is a specific nonpeptide small molecule CBX2 inhibitor, inhibits the interaction between CBX2 and H3K27me3 with IC50 of 15.4 μM and 14.6 μM in NanoBRET and NanoBiT assays, respectively.
    CG3-46 inhibits the CBX2-H3K27me3 interaction without affecting H3K27me3 in cells.
    CG3-46 inhibited the growth of MDA-MB-231 cells (IC50=3.3 uM) by suppressing cellular CBX2 activity.
