Biological Activity

CN045 is a brain-penetrable enhancer of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs) differentiation and remyelination, stimulates differentiation of mouse OPCs into oligodendrocytes with EC50 of 40 nM in the OPC differentiation assay.
CN045 promotes myelin-like ensheathment of engineered nanofibers.
CN045 increases human OPC differentiation and ensheathment of nanofibers.
CN045 enhances remyelination in the Cuprizone/Rapamycin demyelinating mouse model.
