DCDBS84 does not affect the tyrosine kinase activity of Src.
DCDBS84 disrupts the interaction of integrin β3 with Src SH3, affecting the phosphorylation of β3 and Src, without affecting canonical PXXP binding.
DCDBS84 selectively inhibits platelet functions mediated by outside‐in signaling.
DCDBS84 effectively suppresses occlusive thrombus formation without affecting bleeding time in mice.
DCDBS84 has potent antithrombotic effect without compromising primary hemostasis by selectively blocking outside‐in signaling through integrin αIIbβ3.
