Biological Activity

DI-03 is a potent, selective, reversible and competitive dual inhibitor of PTP1B and TC-PTP with IC50 of 4.7 nM and 7.1 nM respectively.
DI-03 shows >150-fold selectivity for PTP1B and TC-PTP over a panel of 12 representative PTPs, including PTP Meg2, SHP2, LYP, HePTP, Laforin, STEP, LMW-PTP, Cdc14A, CD45, FAP1, VHR, and PTPα.
DI-03 is commonly used for PTP1B and TC-PTP dual PROTAC degraders design.
