EC330 (EC-330, EC 330) is a first-in-class LIF (leukemia inhibitory factor) inhibitor; shows cytotoxicity in various cancer cell line and NCI-60 cell line panel at low nano-molar range; reduces tumor burden in ovarian (IGROV-1) and triple negative breast cancer (MDA-MB-231) cell xenografted mouse models as well as MDA-MB-231 PDX models; orally bioavailable.
