Biological Activity

FOXC1-I4 is a small-molecule inhibitor of Forkhead box C1 (FOXC1), binds FOXC1 (SPR KD=2.68 uM) and suppresses FOXC1 transcriptional activity.
FOXC1-I4 reduced A549 cell migration and invasion in a concentration-dependent manner at 2, 4, and 8 μM.
FOXC1-I4 suppresses lung cancer metastasis in vitro and in vivo.
