Fluorizoline induces the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway through NOXA and BIM upregulation.
Fluorizoline induces mitochondrial fragmentation and cristae disorganization. Fluorizoline increases the production of reactive oxygen species independently of PHBs and apoptosis induction.
Fluorizoline induces the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway in a BAX/BAK-dependent manner.
Fluorizoline modulates the expression of BCL-2 family members by targeting PHBs in MEFs.
Fluorizoline changes mRNA and protein levels of various BCL-2 family members in HeLa cells.
