KMU-11342 is a novel multi-protein kinase inhibitor, inhibits inflammatory protein kinases including IKKα(h), IKKβ(h), JAK1(h), JAK2(h), JAK3(h), MAPK1(h), JNK3(h), TAK1(h), and TYK2(h) with IC50 of <1 uM, mitigates LPS-mediated inflammatory responses in THP-1 cells by inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome.
