Kifunensine inhibits glycoprotein processing and the function of the modified LDL receptor in endothelial cells.
Kifunensine prevents α-mannosidases I from trimming mannose residues on glycoproteins.
Kifunensine is a glycosylation inhibitor, inhibits N-linked glycosylation.
