LMT328 (LMT-328) is a potent inhibitor of sulfiredoxin (Srx) with IC50 of 6.7 uM.
LMT328 effectively inhibits the growth of A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells with IC50 of 12.13 uM.
LMT328 induces oxidative stress and apoptosis through reversible inhibition of Srx in A549 cells.
LMT328 induces oxidative mitochondrial damage.
LMT328 preferentially induces oxidative stress, mitochondrial damage, and cell death in cancer cells.
LMT328 (50 mg/kg, oral) suppresses tumor growth with low toxicity in A549 xenograft model
