Biological Activity

MS6178 is a MS5105-based CFTR DUBTAC, significantly increases the CFTR mutant protein level, stabilizes CFTR in a concentration-dependent manner.
MS6178 effectively stabilizes CFTR in a concentration-, time-, OTUB1- and CFTR-dependent manner and is approximately 10-fold more effective than the EN523-based CFTR DUBTAC NJH-2-057.
