                        MyD88 inhibitor 15d is a potent, small molecule inhibitor of MyD88 homodimerization, dose-dependently inhibits LPS-induced IL-6 and TNF-α in macrophages with IC50 of 2.52 and 0.89 uM, respectively.
MyD88 inhibitor 15d prevents LPS-induced activation of MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways.
MyD88 inhibitor 15d (10 mg/kg) protects against LPS-induced acute lung injury in mice, protects against pulmonary inflammation on histopathological changes in lung tissues of mice challenged with LPS.
