NCGC00092410 is a potent, selective and nonsugar glucocerebrosidase (GC, GCase) inhibitor with IC50 of 31 nM. shows no activity against the related hydrolases (α-glucosidase (α-Gluc), α-galactosidase (α-Gal), and β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (HEX)) at concentrations up to 77 uM. also increases GC activity in cells demonstrates their potential as GC chaperones, indueces increasing the activity and lysosomal localization of glucocerebrosidase in mutant cell lines.
