NERx 329 (RPAi 329) is specific for inhibiting the RPA ssDNA interaction, does not impact Escherichia coli single strand binding protein (SSB) with ssDNA
NERx 329 (RPAi 329) exhibited single-agent cellular anticancer activity in the H460 NSCLC cell line (IC50=3.5 uM), caused the degradation of replication forks upon stalling and RPA exhaustion.
NERx 329 (RPAi 329) demonstarted in vivo single-agent efficacy in H460 large cell carcinoma and A549 adenocarcinoma xenografts.
