    NP161 is a potent and selective inhibitor of extracellular TRX-1 (Thioredoxin 1) in vitro with IC50 of 0.54 uM.
    NP161 enhances cytokine outputs of alternatively activated macrophages, significantly attenuate TG2 activity and 5-BP incorporation in both M0 and M1 macrophages.
